What's Covered and What Does It Cost?
This depends on what caused the issue and whose warranty applies.
Venture Home Workmanship Warranty
If the repair falls under our 10-year workmanship warranty:
- ✅ No cost to you
- ✅ We stand behind our installations

Manufacturer Warranty
If the issue is an equipment defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Enphase, Tesla, SolarEdge, etc.):
- ✅ Equipment replaced at no cost
- ⚠️ Labor coverage depends on manufacturer's warranty terms
- Some include labor, some cover parts only

Out of Warranty
If your system is outside all applicable warranty periods:
- We'll give you a clear estimate before proceeding
- You decide whether to proceed
TPO Customers (Lease/PPA)
If your system is owned by SunStrong, Palmetto, or another TPO provider:
- ✅ Monitoring, maintenance, and equipment repairs are included in your agreement
- ✅ Still start by contacting Venture Home
- ✅ We can help triage and connect you with your provider's service team
